The attitude of gratitude

I cannot say enough about an attitude of gratitude ~ raise your vibration and watch your life change.

🌷Have you ever noticed that when a challenge arises or something goes wrong, how quickly other things go wrong too? Think about how we say “bad things happen in 3’s”…
This is because once we experience negative emotions, our vibration lowers, attracting more of the same. Like = like, what we think, we attract.

🌷And the same goes for when things are going really well; “magically” things just seem to keep falling into place – that’s because we have raised our vibration, sending positive energy into the universe and the universe responds in kind. What a wonderful concept!

Yes it is hard to feel cheery and positive when things are not going your way but this is when saying your daily mantra’s (over and over several times a day) or listing 10 small things you ARE grateful for regularly, come into play.

If you really do want to make the change, you have to do the work.
Make it conscious, make it consistent, make it better.
