I believe we need a coach by our sides if we want to be happy, purposeful, and successful beings. Not because we are weak or undriven, but because our “conditioning”, has taught to look outwards into the world, with the belief we need to mold ourselves to fit in with societal norms to be accepted, so much so that we no longer even know how or what it means to “turn within” or where to even start on the journey to being happy.

I live by, and approach, my daily life and my coaching work using the following tools:

Movement – your body is your temple; it houses your soul. Ease tension in your body and so you will ease tension in your mind.

Breathwork – your breath is your life force; it is a unique tool which we have forgotten how to correctly use to support us through the ups and downs of life.

Mindful exercises – learning to harness the power of being mindful through meditation and self-awareness exercises can, and will, change your life.

Yoga Nidra –the conscious practice of withdrawal of the senses and awareness from the external world which enhances knowledge and boosts creativity of the mind, but more importantly transforms one’s nature. The name Yoga Nidra comes from two Sanskrit words, yoga, which means to unite and bring one pointed awareness and nidra, which means sleep. The relaxation effect is so deep that it seems as if the student is sleeping, but consciousness is happening on a deep level of awareness.
