 How working with a coach will change your life

  • We come into life as pure and loving beings and as life happens, we learn coping skills to survive our experiences which create patterns of beliefs and conditioned thinking.

  • In adulthood, these learned beliefs may no longer serve us in a positive way but because they are so deeply ingrained in our sub-conscious, “unlearning” them can be very difficult.

  • The good news is that as adults, with free will and the incredible power of the uncrushable human spirit, you can turn your life around if you put your mind to it. You can heal your life, your body, your mind, your relationships, your financial situation and be the happy, healthy, content, and successful human being you were meant to be.

 How I can help you as your coach

As a well-life coach, I am a personal trainer for your mind, guiding and supporting you to learn to lead your life by design rather than by default, to respond rather than react, to reach clarity, and to take action in order to get different results.

As your coach I can:

  • Provide a safe space to help you to define how you would like to improve your life

  • Identify goals that are positive, forward-thinking, and inspiring

  • Work with you to break down your goals into manageable steps to take you from where you are now,

    to where you want to be

  • Working from your present position and looking towards the future as I support you in your desires and how you want your life to feel and be like in a long and lasting way

  • I provide accountability as you move towards your goals and/ or make the changes you want to see in your life

  • I lovingly challenge you to step out of your comfort zones by holding you accountable as we shift your perspective

  • I work with you to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and what you want to achieve from your life

Work with me

I believe we need a coach by our sides if we want to be happy, purposeful, and successful beings. Not because we are weak or undriven, but because, for most of us, our “conditioning”, has taught to look outwards into the world, with the belief we need to mold ourselves to fit in with societal norms to be accepted, so much so that we no longer even know how or what it means to “turn within” or where to even start on the journey to being happy.

How coaching changed my life

I did it and so can you.

I didn’t know my limiting learned beliefs, fear-based conditioning, and lack of self- worth were putting experiences in the path to me living life on my terms, and that I was simply re- creating a life based on negative conditioning from childhood and past experiences. I became frustrated, negative, and disconnected from my inner guidance, and as a result the negative cycle continued on auto- pilot crafting a life that somewhere deep down inside of me I knew was not the life that I had been brought into this earth to lead. A viscous cycle that I now know was unnecessary but sadly, is the experience of the majority of humans beings.
